Victoria is speaking at the Intensive Interaction Down Under Conference being held in Melbourne on 12 & 13th May. She’ll be speaking on how we use a variety of techniques to ensure that we do not become ‘stuck in a rut’. Victoria will talk through some of the innovative methodologies we use to maintain our expertise; and how we recruit, induct, manage, motivate and retain our team.
She’ll be singing the praises of Intensive Interaction in homes for adults, and encourage its use outside the school and hospital environments. She’ll also be talking about the practical difficulties of running 4 teams delivering services across the south of England, visiting up to 260 people a week in 64 different locations. She’s looking forward to seeing old haunts having lived there for 4 years, but is dreading the jetlag!
Please note: this visit is privately funded and no fundraising or earned income is being used for this visit.
